Money bag - A bag or small wrist purse, a bride has that holds monetary gifts given during the wedding.

Money Box - A box typically put on the dais for guest’s wedding cards.

Maid Of Honor – The chief bridesmaid who is the last bridesmaid to walk down the aisle before the bride. She holds the bouquets during the vows and makes sure that the brides dress is properly turned out.

Man of Honor - A male friend attending to the duties of the maid of honor.

Mantilla - A Spanish word for a tulle shawl which is what a bride can wear around her head and shoulders.

Marzipan - A paste made of sugar, egg whites and almonds that can be used as a base for icing and sculpting on a wedding cake.

Matron Of Honor – A married maid of honor.

Mermaid Silhouette – A dress that is slim-fitting and flares out at the knee.

Madonna veil - A veil that falls right below the chin and worn at informal weddings.

Morning Coat – A groom’s jacket worn in a wedding that tapers from the front waist button to a long, wide back tail.

Monarch Train – The length of a dress that extends 12 feet or more from the waist.

Mizinke - (meh-ZINK-a) –An exciting dance that takes place at the end of the reception to honor parents who have brought their last daughter or son to the wedding canopy.
